The End User License Agreement(EULA) is the legal contract between you who purchase a license or licenses to use JMTFÕs font software and Jangs Mller Type Foundry(JMTF). All the terms and conditions in this EULA will be applied in the process of downloading and installing Font provided by JMTF. Please read this document carefully, understand what is your right and duty and keep this agreement in mind in all process, using JMTFÕs Font.
Depends on what device you intend to use font software from JMTF, you are purchasing the right to use that font under a particular set of conditions, we marked on below.
Premise
To define words using in this agreement, ÔTypefaceÕ, ÔFontÕ, ÔFontsÕ, ÔFont SoftwareÕ are identical subject, have equivalent legal status. They are defined as the designs of the Fonts and the Software identified on Your Sales Receipt that produces a typeface design or designs together with any other artworks that may be associated with the Font.
ÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑ
1. Common License(Desktop and Online)
1.1
JMTF is the only subject having all rights. Since the Font or Fonts provided by JMTF is the exclusive property of JMTF, the design of the Fonts and Font itself embodied therein are protected under copyright and intellectual property rights and law.
1.2.
All customers who buy, install and use JMTFÕs Font are considered to agree about this EULA.
1.3
Your purchase of Font or Fonts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-refundable license to use the Font under all condition we stated in this document. You are not purchasing the copyright to the design or any other part of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts as specified in this agreement.
1.4
TheÊFont or Fonts must not beÊdistributed, resold or sub-licensed to aÊthird party and you agree to take reasonable care to avoid unauthorized distribution of the Font Software by using password protection, font subsetting etc. In addition, you may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise copy the Font, the source code of the Font Software or the designs.
1.5
The Font or Fonts are not permitted to be embedded in electronic documents (such as internet pages, websites, Flash, e-books, video games, other computer applications, or motion pictures) for the purposes of their distribution through open access computer networksÊsuch as the internet. The fonts may be embedded into files of the Portable Document Format (PDF), PostScript (PS), and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) types. The fonts may not be embedded into any other format under this license.

2. Desktop
2.1
This purchase limits its user a person. The Font or Fonts, you purchased from JMTF may be only installed and used on 3 computers or equivalent devices(For instance, it may be 1-portable, laptop and 1-desktop work station and 1-back-up copy). You have to buy quantitative copies of the license if you want to use the Font or Fonts on more than two users. You should contact to us for special license in the case you need numerous copies of the license.
2.2
The Font or Fonts are not limited to use in the field of paper publications(books, posters, newspapers, flyers, etc) and brand context(logos, visual identities, newsletter, signages, etc) This font softwares are also allowed to print on an ?output device? producing a usable representation of the Font, such as, but not limited to: a printer, image setter, laser setter, plate maker.

3. Online
3.1
A ?website? is defined as a collection of related web pages organized under a single domain. The website may be viewed with a web browser and/or via a web-based mobile app. The ?domain? is the host name of a website?s home page. You should contact to us for special license in the case Main domain has some of branch domains.
3.2
All fonts should be solely stored using online storage to serve websites for which you or your organization have sole administrative access to (aside from the owner of the server).
3.3
For online usage, visitors per month is a criteria to estimate the price of Font or Fonts. You have to record the number of monthly visitors by using an analytics tool generally recognized to be able to properly document the number of unique visitors to a website. You may exceed your limit of maximum monthly visitors as specified by your license one time for one month. If you exceed your monthly visitors limit at any later point, after that one month you exceeded your limit already, you have to buy additional licenses. In a certain case JMTF reserves the right to request and receive screenshots of your analytics tool to prove the amount of unique visitors per month is below the maximum limit of allowed visitors that you have purchased licenses for.
3.4
You can install the fonts on a maximum number of devices within your organization, as specified on your receipt and during the purchasing process. The use of the fonts on devices in your organization is restricted to preparing their use on servers, for any design activities on web.
3.5
For the use on mobile application, You have to own the specified Applications(Apps) and control their content, and the Font Software must be embedded in a secure manner so that it cannot be extracted from or accessed outside of the Applications(Apps).
3.6
In the case of use for E-book, You must own the specified E-book and control its content, and the Font Software must be embedded in a secure manner so that it cannot be extracted from or accessed outside of the E-book.
ÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑ
This Agreement shall automatically be terminated upon failure by you to comply with its terms and conditions. If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. The End User agrees that this Agreement will be governed by the law of U.S. law and copyright and intellectual property rights and law. |
