End User License Agreement:
By downloading and/or installing font software from Juanjo Lopez / Huy! Fonts, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement:
1. Allowed Uses:
When you purchase a font, you get a non-exclusive license to use it in your work.
You may use the licensed fonts for all your personal or professional work.
You may embed the licensed font into read-only PDF documents.
You may not link the licensed font to web sites using the @font-face selector in CSS. A webfont license allowing @font-face usage is required. You can contact me to get a licensed webfont.
You may not create letterform products for resale where the product consists of individual letterforms, like rubber stamps, where the likeness of the licensed fonts can be reproduced and the end-user can create their own typesetting.
2. Number of Users
This license allows you to install and use the font on a limited number of workstations defined in your order summary. All of these workstations must belong to the same individual, company, or organization that is licensing the font.
3. Third parties and Transferability
You may provide the font to a graphic designer, printer or other outputting service that is working on your behalf only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this license, and retain no copies of the font on completion of the work.
You may not distribute, share or resell the font to third parties or make the font publicly accessible.
4. Modifications:
You may import and alter the bezier outlines of the licensed font in a drawing program.
You may not modify the licensed font or create derivative works based on the licensed font without prior written consent from Juanjo Lopez / Huy! Fonts.
5. Copyright:
You agree that the licensed font is the exclusive property of Juanjo Lopez / Huy! Fonts and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Juanjo Lopez / Huy! Fonts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the product even if the foundry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Disclaimer and Limited Warranty: Any replacement product will be warranted for twenty one (21) days.

Acuerdo de Licencia para el usuario final:
Descargando y/o instalando futres tipográficas de Juanjo López / Huy! Fonts, el usuario acepta los términos de este Contrato de Licencia:
1. Usos Permitidos:
Al comprar esta fuente, obtienes una licencia no exclusiva para su uso.
Puedes usar las fuentes licenciadas para tu trabajo personal o profesional.
Puedes incrustar la fuente licenciada en documentos PDF de sólo lectura.
No puedes enlazar la fuente en páginas web usando el selector @font-face en CSS. Para esto se requiere una licencia para su uso en web. Contacta en juanjez@gmail.com para conseguirla.
No puedes crear productos para su venta consistentes en letras individuales, como un juego de sellos de caucho, donde la fuente licenciada pueda ser reproducida por el usuario final.
2. Número de usuarios
Esta licencia permite la instalación y uso de la fuente en el número limitado de ordenadores que has especificado en el pedido. Estos ordenadores deben pertenecer a la misma persona, empresa u organización que ha licenciado la fuente.
3. Uso de la fuente por terceros y transferencia.
Puedes facilitar una copia de la fuente a un diseñador, impresor u otra empresa de servicios que trabaje para ti sólo si acuerdan usar la fuente exclusivamente para tu encargo, de acuerdo con los términos de esta licencia, y no conservan copia de la fuente al terminar el encargo.
No puedes distribuir, compartir o revender la fuente a terceras partes, ni hacer la fuente accesible publicamente.
4. Modificaciones
Puedes trazar y alterar el dibujo de la fuente en un programa de autoedición.
No puedes modificar la fuente ni crear una fuente partiendo de esta sin la autorización de Juanjo López / Huy! Fonts.
5. Copyright
Se acuerda que la fuente licenciada es de exclusiva propiedad de Juanjo Lopez / Huy! Fonts y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.
6. Juanjo Lopez / Huy! Fonts no será responsable de cualquier daño directo, indirecto, consecuente o incidental consecuencia del uso o mal uso de la fuente licenciada.
7. Garantía
Esta fuente podrá devolverse o sustituirse en el plazo de 21 días.
