End User License Agreement
Version 1.0 Ð June 2019
This is an agreement between you, the purchaser, and me, Fer Cozzi. By purchasing and installing the digital typeface software (hereafter fonts), you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you can not download or request or use any font.
By agreeing to this agreement you receive one (1) basic license to use the font software on computer and one website or app, for an unlimited period of time unless either party terminates it as stipulated in this agreement. You are not receiving the copyright to the design or the ownership of the fonts, but the rights to use as specified in this agreement. If you need to instal the font on several computer in the same place you need several license: contact me in this case. This license covers usage inside your company and shall not include usage by clients or other third parties. If you have to give your client a file that need the font, he has to buy a license too.
You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes, but you shall not distribute the fonts to any person outside of your organization. The fonts must not be embedded in other software files and you will take all reasonable care to embed the fonts in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create. Embedding the fonts on a website with @font-face is not allowed under this license.
You may not modify the fonts for your own purposes in any case. You may not commission a third party to modify the fonts and you may not distribute, sell or give away, publicly or privately share any versions of the fonts. Please contact me for customization service to all of our typefaces, from just a few glyphs to whole families and IÕll send you a price quote for the job.
If you do experience any difficulties with our fonts, I will look into the problem and do everything that I can to work with you to resolve any issues. Unfortunately I canÕt give you a refund. All purchases are final. I do not guarantee that the font files work perfectly on every platform, operating system, etc. You are using the fonts on your own risk.
Any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement terminates your license to use the fonts. After any termination of the agreement you must destroy any copies of the fonts, including your archival copies.
