By purchasing typefaces from the Linotype Library you have acquired the right to use the typefaces on up to 5 computers and one printer with interfaced hard disk. This restriction does not apply to printers without permanent font memory capability. If you want to use a typeface on more than 5 computers or more than one printer with interfaced hard disk, you must obtain a multi-user license. This can be obtained directly from Linotype Library GmbH.
You are entitled to make a backup copy of the typeface files.
You may also install the typeface on your own home-based or portable computer.
You may modify the typeface according to your personal requirements, as necessary. Such modified typefaces are subject to the same conditions of use as the original typeface.
You must not transfer, rent out or lend the original typeface, or any modified versions of the typeface.
Exception: You may transfer your modified version of a typeface to an imaging service if the latter provides you with credible assurance that it possesses a valid license to use the original typeface.
You may resell the type if you inform Linotype Library of such resale using the typeface software transfer form. In the case of resale, you must delete the type from all your remaining data media. Applications are available directly from Linotype Library.
You may include the types in Adobe PDF files if you ensure that these documents can only be used for viewing and printing.
