Type Supply LLC
Trial Font Software End User License Agreement
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT, by accessing, downloading, using or installing the Type Supply LLC (ÒType SupplyÓ) Trial Font Software (ÒTrial FontsÓ) you expressly agree to the following terms:
1. Trial Fonts may be used for evaluation purposes such as tests, experiments, comps, pitches, client presentations, etc. When the use of the Trial Fonts is approved for professional work, consumer facing work or production use, the standard applicable license types must be purchased.
2. Students may use Trial Fonts in their school work and independent educational work. Students may not use the Trial Fonts for paid work.
3. Trial Fonts have a limited character set, no kerning and no OpenType features. Only limited technical support will be provided.
4. Distribution of the Trial Fonts is not permitted.
5. Modifications to the Trial Fonts and the designs embodied within are not allowed.
6. The Trial Fonts, the embodied design, the copyrights, the trademarks, the trade names and the service marks are all the exclusive property of Type Supply.
7. The Trial Fonts are provided with no warranty.
