vLetter and Schoolhouse Fonts License Agreement
vLetter, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license, without rights of sub-license, to use Schoolhouse products (the "software") for your own use as provided in this agreement. The software includes the Schoolhouse Fonts (the "fonts"), for your own use as provided in this agreement.
vLetter, Inc. grants you a license to use the software on one CPU at a time. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. The software is provided for your personal in-house or business' or institution's internal use only.
You may not make copies of any portion of the software for distribution or resale. The software may not be incorporated or distributed as part of any other software product.
A separate license agreement is required for direct mail mailings of more than 5000 addresses or bulk email mailings of more than 5000 email addresses. Call or write vLetter, Inc. for more details regarding direct mail, bulk email, third party, server, network, site, or other licenses.
Use of the software in publications requires express written permission from vLetter, Inc. including, but not limited to, embedding the fonts in an electronic document for public distribution or to use the rendered image of the fonts in an electronic or printed document where the rendered image of the fonts are an integral part of a service or product (such as in a handwriting workbook or worksheets, or as in replica historical documents, or as in liner notes by the artist in a CD or DVD).
