End user license agreement
1. Digital Fonts are protected by the copyright laws.
2. When purchasing a font you effectively only purchase the right to use that font. You become a licensed user
not an owner of the font.
3. By buying one font licensed you can use the font for maximum three Computers
if you you need it for more then three Computers you have to buy another Licence. (If you need more than 12 licenses
feel free to contact me.)
5. Your license only allows storing fonts for back-up purposes on non-public devices or storage systems.
6. Luzi Type only allows the use of webfonts via fontdeck. Self-hosting
javascript or other techniques are not allowed.
7. Luzi Type do not allow the use of fonts on websites without written agreement by Luzi Type.
8. If documents with embedded fonts (PDF files) need to be transferred or published on the internet
the license owner needs to guarantee that the documents are protected from theft.
9. Any modification of a Luzi Type fonts requires prior written agreement by Luzi Type. |
