THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY INSTALLING THIS FONT YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This NooreHidayat End User License Agreement accompanies noorehira open type ("Font"). The term "Font" also shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Font licensed to you by NooreHidayat. Please read this Agreement carefully. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, NooreHidayat grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Font, provided that you agree to the following:
1. Use of the Font:
The Font is provided free of cost from NooreHidayat website (www.noorehidayat.org), you can distribute this font with or without any application freely.
2. Copyright and Trademark Rights. The Font is owned by NooreHidayat and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of NooreHidayat.
3. No Warranty. The Font is being delivered to you AS IS and NooreHidayat makes no warranty as to its use or performance. NooreHidayat DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE FONT.
