Commercial Use Font License
EULA: End User License Agreement
This EULA is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and LLW Studio. By installing the font software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
In this document the term Òfont softwareÓ refers to any program or piece of code and/or computer information containing data that can be used to output letterforms or designs to any output or display system and/or device currently known or unknown.
License Grant
I. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) license to access the LLW StudioÕs font software both for commercial and non-commercial works; to use and display the font software purchased through this service on up to five (5) computers at your own site, connected to any number of printers or output devices at your own site. Or, you may install and use the font software on a single file server for use on a single local area network which serves up to 5 computers. All users must belong to the same company or household purchasing the font.
II. The font software may not be installed for use on a server that can be accessed via the internet or other external network system (a system other than a LAN) by personal computers or other devices. One online backup copy is permitted, and you shall retain exclusive custody and control over that copy. If larger network usage rights are needed, please contact the distributor for other licensing options.
III. You may use the licensed fonts with desktop publishing, graphic arts/digital imaging and video applications to create artwork that will be displayed or manufactured for (but not limited to): print, packaging, corporate ID, collateral, T-shirts, displays, video and multimedia. You may use the licensed font(s) to create EPS files or other scalable drawings, and you may import characters as graphical objects into a drawing program and modify them.
IV. You MAY NOT modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this font software.
V. You may embed the licensed fonts into any document, such as PDF or postscript, you send to third parties; those documents may be viewed and printed (but not edited) by the recipients.
VI. You MAY NOT under any circumstances install or embed the licensed font software into internet/web applications or software or hardware products in which the fonts will be used by the users or purchasers of such products, such as mobile devices, games or online applications.
VII. You may make a physical back-up copy of the font software for archival purposes only, and you shall retain exclusive custody and control over that copy.
VIII. You MAY NOT give, lend, share, rent, lease, sublicense, or further distribute the font software, or any copy thereof, except: you may send a copy of this software along with your documents to a commercial printer or other commercial service bureau, to enable the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to delete the font or fonts from their system upon completion of your project.
Copyright
This font software is protected by the copyright and other intellectual property law of the United States and its various States, by the copyright and design laws of other nations, and by international treaties.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from LLW Studio if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the licensed fonts.
Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
LLW Studio warrants the licensed fonts to be free from defects under normal use for a period of two weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery as shown on your receipt. LLW Studio's entire liability as to defective licensed fonts shall be, at our option, either return of purchase price or replacement of any such product that is returned to distributor with a copy of the invoice or send a new version of the licensed fonts. LLW Studio shall have no responsibility to replace the licensed fonts or refund the purchase price if failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication, or if any licensed fonts are lost or damaged due to theft, fire, or negligence. Any replacement product will be warranted for two weeks (14 days). This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
This product is provided Òas is.Ó Neither LLW Studio nor the distributor makes any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither LLW Studio nor the distributor shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the licensed fonts even if the distributor or the foundry has been advised of the possibility of such damages. |
