Contemporary Khmer Smart Writer Fonts Family designed base on ANSI Code US Language Codes. Khmer Smart Writer fonts was developed on April 12 1992 for Windows 3.1 Type 1, In 1993 Khmer Smart Writer was developed and True Type was generated and shipped with Khmer Smart Writer 1.0 "Khmer Word Processor".
Cambodian Software Development products do not implement for UNICODE yet and still base it Technology on Microsoft US Operating System, do to the OS does not yet supporting Khmer Page Codes or Khmer any Khmer Codes from International Organization for Standard Codes "UNICODE". Khmer Smart Writer handle it fonts and keyboard assignment on top of US Keyboard Drive "US English Language" |
