Our user license is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the typefaces mentioned above. The permission is only given to one single company or individual. By ordering and using our fonts you agree to this terms.
It is not allowed to sublicense, resell, rent out, lease our Fonts in whole or in part to any third party. The fonts may not be modified, adapted, translated, decompiled, disassembled, re-digitized, rented, sold, given away, leased, sub-licensed or loaned in any form. Licensee may not send our fonts to (or share with) subcontractors, freelancers or any other third party. Licensee shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Font Software from any unauthorized use.
Embedding the Fonts in pdf or any other documents is only allowed in a secured ÈPrint/preview-modeÇ (no third party shall be able to extract the font-data).
The whole risk of using our fonts rests on our customer/client. Before using our fonts in any application or any media the customer/client has to test the proper function of our fonts. We do not guarantee the errorless functionality on every system in combination with every software in the world. We don«t make any warranties, express or implied as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. We are not liable to the licensed user or any other third for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or the like. In no case (under no circumstances) our (the licensors) liability shall exceed the cost of the font-software. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
