This End User License Agreement (EULA) between the Licensee (purchaser of software) and the Licensor (Fran Board for Siren Fonts).
The Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of the EULA. If the Licensee does not agree to the terms of the EULA, the Licensee is not authorised to use the software.
1. Ownership and License
1.1 The Licensor is willing to license the software to end-users. The material is licensed to the Licensee under this EULA. The Licensee has no rights to the software other than expressly stated in this EULA.
1.2 Subject to the payment by the Licensee of the relevant charges, the Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the software for the Licensee’s commercial and private use.
1.3 The Licensee may not include the software in their hardware or software products. If this is the use that the Licensee desires, they must contact the Licensor to discuss the creation of a different contract.
2. Term of the License
This EULA will come into force on the Effective Date and will continue in force indefinitely.
3. Other Rights and Limitations
3.1 The software or its component parts may not be distributed or resold to any other third party.
3.2 The Licensee may not rent or lease the software.
3.3 The Licensor may terminate this EULA if the Licensee fails to comply with the conditions set out in it.
4. Limitations on Damages
The Licensee shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability
to use this software.
