Bernat Muntaner owns a small business located in the county of Garrotxa, Catalonia that manufactures and sells a variety of cold, cured and dry pork sausages. It has been run by the same family since its establishment and likewise Bernat has inherited it as well as his utmost respect for artisanal traditions from his predecessors.
