Cards Against Humanity: Design Pack brings more colourful language to game

If you love playing the Cards Against Humanity party game you'll be more than thrilled to find that 30 top designers have decided to upgrade it from its sombre monochrome, launching The Design Pack for those with an eye on visual culture.

The project is formed from a partnership between Cards Against Humanity and the Chicago Design Museum.

Cards Against Humanity is a 'party game for horrible people'. Each round, one player asks a question from a Black Card, and everyone else answers with their funniest White Card.

The Design Pack contains 30 fully-illustrated cards by some of the best graphic designers in the world, including Milton Glaser (I Susan Kare, Erik Spiekermann. (MetaDesign), and legendary printmakers including Jay Ryan, Yann Legendre, Olly Moss., Mike Mitchell and Sonnenzimmer.

Each creative took inspiration from George Carlin's 1972 monologue "Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television."

The Design Pack is available through designpack.org, or at the Chicago Design Museum, a grassroots gallery that exhibits contemporary design.

All proceeds benefit the Chicago Design Museum.
